I read an article that obesity starts before age two! It was an interesting article too.
I read the article that says there is graffiti on the Berlin Wall, and I didn’t know that. I hope I can go there someday and see it myself!
An Analysis of President Obama’s State Of The Union Address is spot on.

As a parent to two children, I found the article “Obesity begins before the age of two” by Jonathan Wu interesting. Thanks.
I read about Write Love on Her Arms Day.
I learned that in my state (KY) veterinarians are not allowed to report abuse as part of a client confidentiality law… that is really sad
The article about Obesity Before the Age of 2 was intriguing. I didn’t think it was so early.
The article on childhood obesity was interesting, we are raising a generation that is going to have weight problems and as a nation we are all going to end ou paying for their health problems

“Obesity begins before the age of two”. Wow!
This is something I learned:”It’s been more than 25 years since the federal government and several states pledged to restore the Chesapeake Bay. Despite those pledges, devastation remains.”
The Rare Clouded Leopard Caught on Film post was very interesting.
Thanks for the great contest!

In regards to the article titled, “On March 1, Indie Game Musicians Join Forces to Fight Cancer!” I recommend checking it out. Great things are happening for a great cause.
i liked the post A Warm Place For The Homeless To Escape The Cold its so sad eil Donovan, executive director of the Washington-based nonprofit advocacy group National Coalition for the Homeless, estimates that nationwide more than 700,000 people are homeless, up 12,000 from last year
My fave post was titled Pondering the Future of Books. I have a Kindle, but I also have about 2,000 pounds of beloved books. There are pros and cons for each, of course, but my biggest concern? If I drop my book, I say, well, great, I lost my page. If I drop my Kindle…I cuss.
The post “Obesity begins before the age of two” was really interesting.
I read a very interesting article on obesity beginning before age 2. Actually I read several articles . Thanks for the information and the opportunity to win.
Well, in an “older post” of the Top Stories I saw an article about Carnaval. The costumes worn were mentioned and the picture shown with the article displays a Venetian carnival mask. It never occurred to me before, but since that mask was extremely beautiful and interesting, I pondered about the other masks in existence that I’ve never seen. Because of their asthetic value, I would like to use that mask–or another that is probably just as beautiful–as a wall ornament (like a picture or a painting would be used on the wall).
I saw global news stories on the other site.
President Obama
The article “The Miracle of Darlene Eitenne” was so nice to read! Its amazing she survived that long! What a miracle!
As a graphic/graffiti artist, I really enjoyed reading the article: ‘The Israel-Palestine Wall: Graffiti As A Peaceful Act of Resistance’!
Thanks for the chance to win!
Good Luck to all!
I liked the article on GlobalShift about the siting of the rare, clouded leopard. This reminded me of the also very elusive cat called the snow leopard. I have followed the snow leopard for decades when, early on, they were actually in danger of becoming extinct.
I liked “Pondering the Future of Books”.
The article “obesity begans before the age of 2″ was eye opening.
Although I do want a Kindle, I love the smell of books, and the feel of the pages in my hands. It was only recently that I decided that I want a Kindle, but only for travel purposes. I move around so much, it’s a pain to move my books all the time! But I don’t want books to die. That would be bad.
I found the Pondering the future of books very interesting, i have never never used a kindle or anything like that.
A recent research study lead by Dr. John Harrington, an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School, has revealed that the “tipping point” which secures children towards the path of lifetime obesity often occurs before the age of two.
This was something that i learned

I appreciated “A Warm Place For The Homeless To Escape The Cold”.

I read about Write Love on Her Arms Day.
I entered the Brave New Films 5th Anniversary Activist Collection on DVD contest and learned about THIS contest while visiting over there.
I also enjoyed the article about Graffiti on the Berlin Wall. I haven’t been there / seen it since the early ’80’s (before the Cold War ended.) Back then there was lots of graffiti on the West Berlin side of The Wall but none (of course) on the East side of The Wall.
I thought the Obesity begins before the age of two was pretty interesting. Thanks for the opportunity!
